Sparkling wines made in Provence are rare, so we’re particularly thrilled to present a bubbly from our southern French terroir. We use a Charmat method for carbonation (ie. second fermentation in tank) which delivers delicate bubbles, giving the fruit-forward Muscat grape a bright, vibrant and unique expression.
